The worst company to do business with, Extremely poor customer service, rude people who don't know their product and dumping them for another company who can provide good customer service.

Wish i could give them a Negative 5 stars. Run around..all you get is runaround. No correct info or solutions. Automative system stinks. Does not work. The reps say one thing but its, always something else. If this is the only choice well looks like im in trouble. Run from this company. If you have choice under no circumstance choose this company. Worst of all the rest

Quite possibly, the worst company in the world... do not walk, RUN from this company. Do not use them under ANY circumstances. You WILL REGRET it!!!

I can't get a hold of anyone that will help me with my appeal. I was told by UHC that I only have to pay a portion of a bill because I had met my deductible but they did not notify the physician asking for my money. Now I can't get a hold of the lady that told me I didn't have to pay it. It's absolutely ridiculous. I don't want to be penalized by having a late payment but I also know I shouldn't have to pay the entire bill. Health care is so messed up. UHC is so messed up. I'm desperate, someone return my call. PLEASE.

I just phoned their Phoenix office to ask a question about my coverage. Though the automated system was a tad annoying (and they all are), the representative I spoke with was pleasant, helpful, and courteous.

I can't speak to the other reviews, but my experience was, thankfully, quite positive.
