If you want excellent service with a smile come to Smashburger in the Phoenix airport terminal 4.... Just kidding, it's the worst service ever. Cashier hates her job and they got most of our order wrong.

Tried it a couple of times at the Phoenix airport. It's a fast food branch, not much special about it. Their fries were good, and their milkshake was very good too.

Usually my top choice at the Phoenix airport.

Usually good burgers... But but this time. Took forever to get my order. Also messed it up and gave me the oily fries rather than the regular fries that I ordered.
