The parking was convenient but overpriced.

If you are bored in the downtown Phoenix area; stop here! Pull into one of those narrow passages with a large"P" dangling above and enjoy the parking odyssey. There is some street parking nearby (mostly metered).

Try any of the numerous restaurants. Window shopping is popular. Downtown Live is usually featuring something (speaking of high prices).

Walk or ride around the area.
Pay too much somewhere.
Give someone directions to where they think they are parked.
Try to remember where you parked.
It is a cool visit anytime.

It's a nice place to hide.

Cityscape is definitely a very interesting part of downtown Phoenix if you have an extra hour or so just take some time to walk around and see what the sites are. The architecture of this location as well worth taking a few quick photos and walking around.

Small, beautifully decorated, downtown shopping area. Escalators take you to a high 2nd floor. Mostly restaurants. Elevator and escalators available. Cityscape is crossed by a busy city street without traffic control. Difficult for wheelchairs and people with two good legs. Bathrooms available in restaurants.

Bowling alley upstairs (think high-end bowling with food and a full bar, if you're interested).
Comedy club, Mexican food, Veggie place, Pizza AND a water fountain park that's great for the kids to splash around in. Bring your own towels!
On weekends they seem to always have live music or some other live entertainment.
Plus they have Security people who patrol the area. In these days it's good to know.

Great mix of shops, bars, a theater, bowling alley, and restaurants, close to many of the venues downtown for grabbing a meal before your venue. Plus they have rickshaws (Bike Taxi's) that come and go if you need a quick ride to your nearby destination... Trust me, it's worth the extra money over a cab. Uber won't dispatch that close to the venues, and they're still a bit of a walk if time is a factor... the bikes get it done quick with the added bonus of fun, and some scenic views of the city you wouldn't get in a car.
