Rude receptionist. I called weeks later and got Niki. Taking my 2 dogs for shots & nail trimming 5/30 @ 230 pm wish me luck

Called in to get my really sick dog seen. I was not able to get my pet seen at Desert View Animal Hospital because they do not do payment plans. The office manager Nikki was very helpful and went out of her way to help me find a place that could help me with payments. My dog is doing great. It says a lot when you have someone that will go above and beyond. I will be bringing the rest of my pets to Desert View Animal Hospital because I got excellent customer service.

Very poor customer service skills, especially from the front receptionist I can't recall her name. I felt like I was a bother to them, and I didn't receive the adequate attention for my dog.

Very friendly staff, really knowledgable vet. Took in my Bearded Dragon and cat, she didn't try to sell me medication, instead she wanted me to try natural methods first, i found that very professional and honest of her. I will forever take my pets here and recommend people to her.
