Went in desperately last night about 2 hours before closing. I drove over an hour to get there. When I arrived NO ONE was in the waiting room and the receptionist said they were too busy to see my dying kitten. I told them he wasn't going to make it much longer they had no emotion and no care. I would have paid whatever I needed to, to get him the treatment he needed. He was so dehydrated and when I asked if they had water she just pointed and had the worst attitude for a grieving pet parent. After calling many different vets no one could see him. Not one person had the kindness in their heart to accept him. The little baby passed away on my chest. This could have had a better outcome if they would have gave me the time of day.

I don't care where I move to in the valley, Mrs Johnson will always be my vet. I've been with her for years. When my cat tia was pumped full of steroids for years from another vet claiming "allergies", it was missing Johnson who found the tumors in her nose. And when tia lost her battle with cancer she was there till the last breath. For my other kitties, I wouldn't trust anyone as much as I trust her.

Susan johnsen loves animals and it shows. Also she is inexpensive with a shot clinic and low cost spay and neuter She remembers you and your pets name and concerns. She's the best!!! She's also very knowledgeable

Sad, this place was nice, and staff was friendly. Now it's the exact opposite. I asked to have our cat's claws capped and a shave down and he refused because it "wouldnt be worth it"...they don't have the caps anymore. He said "why dont yoy do it yourself" ..I said I don't know how and I'll provide the caps. He still refused due to the fact we haven't been there in 2yrs. This place was a staple in the family and now they treat us like strangers. Stay away unless you're willing to do unessary procedures to your animal so they get more money and it would "worth it" to them.

If I could give this business ZERO stars I would have. I have a very sick dog and she made me feel like it was all my fault that my dog was sick. She is bitter old woman whom had the nerve to tell me that she refused to put my dog to sleep because he was "healthy" when in fact all she wanted was to dollar me to death, and not even go over the charges with me before she did the tests. She immediately requested that I spend MORE money for another surgery even when the first surgery did not take care of the problem. Took my dog to another vet 3 days later, come to find out the cancer are in his main organs, therefore doing a surgery would not even help!! THIS PLACE ONLY WANTS MONEY!!
