I used to dread going to the Dentist but the staff at All about Smiles Highland Park made my experience a great one by explaining everything to me and being professional and caring. I had a great experience at my appointment and would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially those who may be squeamish about going to the Dentist.

We made an appointment months in advance. They called one week before the appointment and said we had been cancelled because the dentist decided at the last minute not to work on Mondays or Fridays for all of August. They offered no makeup appt until mid-Sept. We found this highly unprofessional and obnoxious so we did not rebook.

Told me I would have my upper and lower partial dentures in 6 weeks. It took 10 weeks. And when I went to pick them up. Guess what the tops didn't fit. Said I was gonna have to start all over and wait 6 more weeks. The dentist very rude said I could take the bottoms. When he was adjusting the bottom denture the clasp broke. So after 10 weeks waiting for dentures still don't have them. The office manager was very nice but just kept making excuses that it was the lab etc.

If I could give this office a zero rating I would. I went in to have my wisdom teeth taken out. I went to the pre-visit, received x-rays, and antibiotics, was told they would call to schedule the procedure. I waited two weeks and called, they said the oral surgeon hasn't even looked at my chart. I called two weeks later, same thing. I called two weeks after that and asked that the manager call me.. They informed that my insurance would not cover sedation. I FINALLY went to another dentist. Sure enough, my insurance does cover the sedation and I was finally able to get my wisdom teeth out. This office was rude, unprofessional. I definitely would not go if you are looking to have any kind of procedures done within the year.

I had a major dental procedure done Fri Dec 2, 2016 and I am so impressed by the skills and knowledge of the entire staff!! I was given a prescription for pain meds after the Novocaine wore off--but I didn't need to take even one!! Sure, my mouth is a little tender in spots, but that is to be expected. This tells me that oral surgeon Dr Jason Julius is tops in his field!! The methods he used were precise and accurate, and done quickly but carefully. Every single person I have encountered in this office so far is absolutely superb. They are friendly, professional, highly skilled, and they seem to all work together like a well-oiled machine. I HIGHLY recommend you go there if you are looking to have dental work done!!
