The service was outstanding and the accomodations were very nice. I grew up in Pittsburgh and knew the area. I was surprised there was such a nice hotel in East Liberty. The decor was art deco in our room. Very nice and pricing was reasonable!

Love this hotel! Great staff, super comfortable beds and linens and comfortable space! Loved the decor and how the theme is reflective of the neighborhood. Glad we stayed here for my first trip to Pittsburgh!

Staff does not give accurate parking information in order to convince you to use their valet parking for $24/night. There is plenty of parking in the neighborhood, but staff tried to convince me that cars get towed away at 5am.
Safes are on the top shelf of a closet. Above eye level even for my husband, who is 6'2". Have to be extra careful not to leave anything.
There is only one available electric outlet and it's next to the desk. I had to move a night stand and unplug the clock in order to charge my phone next to the bed. To charge my husband's phone and a laptop, we had to unplug a lamp.
This hotel in less than 2 years old. How can a new structure not have enough outlets!?

I loved the large rooms and that every floor has a theme in a subtle cool way. They also have these really cool cat carpets.
The showers were huge, I liked the faucet so much I asked where they came from(Europe). It is an elegant design, one knob adjusts the temperature, mixing hot and cold where the other adjusts the flow. No more guessing where to position the knobs, and only that second knob ever needs to be adjusted throughout your entire stay to get the same temperature shower. I dubbed it the Goldilocks shower because everything was just right.
It was close to an express bus stop to downtown, and there were cool houses and community art projects scattered around the neighborhood to walk to and see.
