This was my 2nd visit in 2 months. I promised myself i would never return again because customer service was poor. I decided against my better judgment to give it 1 more try. Silly me! They didn't disappoint again (sarcasm) as the customer service was even worse! The girl at the register (dana) was nice and tried to be professional, maybe because she noticed her coworker was an idiot. I don't know. Anyhow, at 430 on a monday afternoon with no customers inside, the silly girl working with the nice girl Dana, still managed to get my order wrong. I won't be returning for good this time.....

Neither order was toasted as requested. One order was lettuce only but was served with mayo all over it. Food was delicious as always and the Staff was friendly. Today was an isolated incident.

Delicious bagels, good shmear and plenty of coffee. WiFi was a little spotty but got the job done. Will be back for a dozen more next week.

Bagels here are outta this world. However, a dozen is what $12 or $13 hmmm... But on Mondays I believe u get them for like 50% off a dozen. MONDAY only :)
FYI: keep a lookout sometimes in the mailbox or Sunday paper coupons they have a whole bunch of coupons on a 1 page big flyer-like & they're really good deals.
