This place do not deserve 1 star. Last night i called to order food & was hung up on three times. Today october 15 2017 i really wanted some food so i called to order.. i paid 9.50 for a spoonful of spinach dip! My fault for not checking how much was in there before i went home. But anyway spoonful of spinach dip & a box full of chips! After using 2 chips my dip was already gone but had a box full of chips. If i wanted chips i would have ordered chips only! I order dip of $9.50 & only had enough for 2 bites!! Can you say cheap.. never again will i waste my money on that place. And the guy at the bar just walked away & start talking to people at the tables when i was trying to sign & give him my receipt.. don't walk away when your in the middle of serving someone. Poor service & no respect!

Our Original service was good however, when our food was served the server dropped our food on his pants and my Mother's foot, still attempted to serve us the same food.. I was more than offended. He never returned to see if my Mom was burned or okay.
Customer service is nothing like it use to be. No ethics or respect... Our hard earned money should have a higher level of respect.
I have to show our appreciation to our original server Carol who showed my Mother concern. I do question the Manager who asked my Mom can he clean her foot off. ??? Smh... My Mom not only cleand her own foot off but she cleaned the floor up showing concern for the staff, other customers passing thru...
I would be remiss to add that our meal was fully covered but not until we mentioned our interest in filling out a customer satisfaction survey which conveniently was unavailable.

Busy Sunday early dinner. Tables cleaned and people seated quickly. Food arrived quickly and was hot. Nice waitress very attentive without hovering. Good experience.

The food is always good but we tend to have some spotty luck when it comes to the service. Today it took our server 15 minutes plus 2 complaints to even greet us. The food and drinks came out rather quickly, but of course we didn't see her much. We had about 3 other ppl delivering our items. Pretty typical experience for us. Some good,some bad. Plus the prices have gone up significantly. So for all those reasons, 3 stars.

It was a hot day and we wanted to try the American TGI Friday's, this was a good choice. The service was fast and polite, our sodas got refilled almost the moment they got empty. Also we got our appetizers really quickly, the size of them was just amazing. The main courses were very well prepared and filled us so well that we didn't have room for desert. I do recommend this TGI Friday's, good food and good service.
