I don't normally review places, but this place was by the the worst I've ever ordered from. We ordered the Buffalo chicken rolls (and requested ranch) and a Supreme Italian hoagie. I was charged an additional 80 cents for the ranch I had requested but it didn't come with our food. The Buffalo chicken rolls were raw in the center (filled with uncooked dough) and the "Supreme" Italian hoagie was some Oscar Meyer processed lunch meat slices on some bread, along with 2 small pepperoni slices and a few small pieces of diced sausage (and it was cold). Seriously? We had a few bites before throwing it all away - and I am by no means a picky eater. Stay away from this place.

I am disabled and my daughter ordered through grubhub. I never received my pizza and my daughter contacted grubhub. The folks at Vinny's said they tried calling, texting, and delivering the pizza. She never received any messages or calls from them. I never received any pizza.
I called to discuss how this was poor customer service. They tried to say we didn't order. Then they tried to say again about the driver and his messages...the manager said the driver showed him on his phone. I asked for him to photograph it so that I could see the date and time stamp. He then switched to saying that grubby was refunding my daughter anyway. I told him it was very poor business and that I would contact the BBB. He said "good luck".
Don't waste your time and money ordering from people who don't care about the consumer. I will tell as many people as I can about this poor quality of service.
And now, I have no dinner two nights in a row.

Food is typical pizza shop food, it's good enough. The guy that answers the phone ruins the whole experience, he's so rude and literally acted like my calling to place my order was a burden to him when it's his paying job! I used to work at a pizza shop and was a server so I usually think I'm extra nice to service people but I guess that doesn't matter to this dude. He's rude to everyone and I see this from the other reviews.
