I have been here several times and was happy with the service up until now. I had a haircut appointment today, and not only I wasn't happy with the haircut, but also they used dirty tools and scissors from last client with hair on them on my head. Extremely disappointed.

I was waxed here by Shelley very sweet lady. I had a Brazilian, full legs and underarms and she was very good, informative and comforting. overall pleasant experience

This is my salon and you can get everything done here - Mani/pedi, hair, waxing, eye lashes, etc. Roman is the owner and my hairstylist and a very good one too! Dana does my nails and does a great job. She also does makeup and beautifully done well. Lydia waxes my eyebrows and is very good as well.

I would highly recommend Capristo. I've had multiple people work on my hair, and everyone is fantastic. I've had my hair colored, cut, styled for an event and blown out. Any service you need, they'll handle it professionally and with style.

The salon atmosphere was great, very relaxing and beautiful space. However, I had an appointment with the owner and it swiftly turned into a nightmare. I displayed a picture of what I wanted and had been growing my hair out for the past eight months for. I left with something so far off from what I fancied (my hair is naturally ashy/cool and it was now copper/warm) that I was basically shocked. I called to have it re-done, and he admitted that he and fellow employees had laughed and compared me to "Shirley Temple", which really hurt my feelings. I came back in good spirits and made sure there was no misconception to what I wanted. I left, once again, with a mess of vibrant copper/orange hair. At this point, my hair has been way more damaged than I would have ever liked it to be, inches cut off that I blatantly asked not to, spent $190.00 for a terrible botched service, wasted eight months of hair growth, and am devastated. I called again, because I didn't know what can be done at this point, and was offered to come back to the same stylist. Not a refund, not even to a different stylist. No thanks, I'd rather stick my head in the toilet and call it a day.
