It's alright. The upkeep and a few of the trainers are nice.

The downside is the members here have no respect for peoples gym space, weights, or personal space.

I'm asked in between every set how much longer, when I'm only at a machine for 5 minutes at a time. It's hard to enjoy a workout at any time of day.

Also, it's always cold.

This club is hardly "signature". There are at least 3 other gyms in the area that are much nicer and far less expensive.

Iv been coming here since like 2 years just because i work in this area otherwise i wd never come. Worst shower!! Like the worst! No water. And sauna steam room is bad as **** never worked well, like i cant believe that they keep it this way and never changes. I think they don't have maintenance service here. Worst sauna ever and shower!!!! And they are signature club thats total bull****

Man has this place taken a dive since it switched over from Urban Active. To start with good luck finding a 45, 10, or 5 lb plate. You literally have to walk around searching for them. Also, good luck finding a barbell. They don't have enough for all the benches and squat racks. Good luck wiping off a piece of equipment. They took out half the cleaning stations once it became LA Fitness. The downstairs is huge. There are 4 cleaning stations. I'm quite surprised there hasn't been a MRSA outbreak there. If you want to use the TRX station..oops sorry that is only if you have a personal trainer. Trash sits on the floor for weeks. I saw the same bottle of water on the floor for 10 days. Honestly, the only thing "signature" about this club is its towel service. I will also say the front end staff is very nice/courteous as well. It looks like ultimately the problem(s) start at a corporate level and not with the staff working at the location.

This is the only "signature club" in the Pittsburgh area but closes an hour before every other club on Saturdays and Sundays? Come in anytime within an hour and a half of closing on those days and you'll be greeted with a "hi we close at 7." Then you get a 15 minute warning over the speakers followed immediately by young man with a man bun walking around looking at his cell phone yelling "10 minutes," "5 minutes," "2 minutes," "alright were closed you gotta get out." Its not like the gym is empty either, there is consistently at least 30 people who are there till close on these days. Other than that its a great gym. Just don't understand why I pay more for less workout time?
