terrible experience; i should listen other people reading their reviews. Tried to schedule apt with Groupon, only one person accept it, but it is ok, many places do it. Place called me 3 times to cancel and reschedule it! Second time i try to ask if anyone also able to take me with Groupon since it is their specialist who is canceling my visits. The respond was short " No!", tried to connect to supervisor regarding this matter, the lady on the phone said there is no supervisor here :-) it is hard to get a time working full time RN and having 2 kids to fit the only one available hairdressers schedule but i tried.... It was so obvious that i was not "'valuable customer" ...
Finally, i called Groupon and was able to return my money back and i also reported this place, that they will be no business with them in the future!

Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Purchased a Groupon deal and was automatically charged additional money for the service when I got there. My hair already looks like there is an inch of roots growing out when I just got it done 3 days ago. Would not go back.

This salon is really top-notch. I got a cut and full highlights from Cassandra and she did an amazing job! The color was exactly what I wanted, and it has been a long time since I have been this satisfied with a color job! I could not stop smiling and checking my hair in the mirror, and have already gotten lots of compliments. Cassandra was so warm and friendly, and made me feel really comfortable; she really seems to love what she does and genuinely wants to make her clients happy.

The color looked perfect on top, but when I got home and pulled my hair into a ponytail, I felt like I had too much root showing underneath. It wasn't extreme, but I sent an email to the salon letting them know, and got a call from Karl--the salon coordinator--as soon as they opened the next morning. He scheduled me for a complimentary touch-up of the roots, and was also very warm and friendly about it. Mind you, I used a Groupon for this visit, and they still treated me this well.

After 2 years of searching, I think I have finally found my go-to hair salon in Pittsburgh. Very talented staff who are kind and considerate to boot!

Amanda is amazing. I can not even express how fabulous she was. Make your appointment with her immediately! And book early to get your day/time! Shes worth every penny!!!!
