The ear phones were smart and the knowledge of the area clearly thorough, but our guide had entirely too many rules. 30 minutes to learn how to ride for starters really ate into a 2 hour tour, and then every time you wanted to have some moderate level of fun on the segways you'd get scolded. "Don't rock back and forth" "Don't ride so fast" "please don't ride around while we are stopped, I need the batteries for a later tour". Great way to see the city, but the guide needs to chill.

Decided on a whim to try a Segway tour. Our guide Jesse was knowledgeable, patient, and really funny. I had a blast riding around and making a fool out of myself. 10/10 would Segway again

Very rude employees made it less enjoyable for the group looking forward to the experience, overall displeased with service

Anthony, our tour guide, did a great job with our group of 5. We really enjoyed the downtown tour. The first 30-45 minutes is training on the Segway. Then, we zipped all over town past noteworthy buildings, the culture district, the pirates stadium, through Point Park, and back to the Station.

You might want to review your open times, right now it says 9am-9:30am. I'm not sure if its supposed to be 9:30pm, but it would be helpful, especially going into the on season for tourists at our hotel :)
