.... Beware ... If you go to this location must be stay away " AMY " she is horrible service !...I went to pick up my glasses , I didn't ask her to adjust to make it fit for me, because when I try it on it fine to me, I told her let me wear a few days if I need to adjust I will be back. After 5 days I come back to buy one more pair and by the way I asked her to help me adjust the temple , she has ugly attitude, I told her straight so I get my to go some where else for another pair . ( Every body work there very nice (except " AMY " ) if you go there for your glasses ( stay away AMY ) she has no experience service customer !....

I have been there twice they keep giving me new dates for my glasses then Amy said I'll put your glasses thru. I waited and called and she lost my insurance approval and I still have no glasses. There is no management there. I'm done. Stay away beware.

The prices are wonderful! I've just walked in about three times without an appointment and they've helped me immediately every time. I love how many different options they have. They're very straight-forward when they discuss prices and they don't try to cheat you or confuse you into spending more money than you need to. I've gotten three different pairs of glasses from them and I haven't had a single problem. I LOVE the WalMart vision center!!

Beware. Do not go to this Vision Center. I don't know if it's all Walmart Vision Centers or just this one, but the customer service is terrible. They've made appointments for me, I show up and they tell me they can't find my appointment and to make another appointment. They are never open as long as they say they are. They will close early for no reason, if it's not busy. I went to pick up my glasses after rescheduling several appointments and the lady said she couldn't give me my glasses even though I already paid for them. The original reason I went to Walmart was because it was cheap and they were open later than other family eye doctor offices, but it is not worth it! My girlfriend went to the Target Vision Center at the Waterfront and said she had the best experience. I think I'll go there next time.
