This is the worst pet hospital I have ever been to. My cat had fecal test and apparently it was hurt during the test. We brought the cat back in the next day to ask for a body exam but the doctor was very irresponsible. It turned out we have to get emergency care later. Such BAD hospital and service! Won’t go to this place anymore!

The staff members are super friendly and helpful! I am very satisfied with the care my cat has received so far.

I repeatedly asked for cost of visit up front and was told to price would be discussed in the back. After about 50 min of repeatedly asking questions about price and what shots they would suggest I was told the nurse would talk about price. The nurse told me if I wanted to get him shots it would be almost $200. I told them I would be taking my dog elsewhere to see what others could charge me and was told I was in debt to them $44+ for the visit.

I was not made aware of the charge when I entered. I was told up front that price for the visit would be discussed in the back.

I am still in shock that this just happened and am trying to see what can be done.

Since this all happened the manager called me and resolved the issue.

Great Staff. Willing to work with you and they take the time. This is one of the best banfeild locations I have been to. I would highly recommend!!!

Are usually doctor for our cat is really good and flexible. Our cat has a liver problem and needs to be seen often. They know him very well and take him right away when there is any issues.
