The staff is amazing and the doctor is hands down the best. I would recommend them all the time. The are caring and take time with you and your pet.

Very friendly staff. Came here when my cat had a UTI. The doctor was very gentle with him and we really appreciated how thorough he was in explaining exactly what was wrong and what caused it. He immediately perked up after a shot of antibiotics and we switched to the prescription food our doctor recommend. We will continue to come here for all our pet's needs.

Since my first visit to the Penn Animal Hospital, I've never looked anywhere else. I am very happy to have found a veterinarian to care for my pet. The Compassion the Doctors have is second to none. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the convenience of walk-ins or you can schedule an appointment if you like.
The costs of services are by far very fair. I would and have recommended Penn Animal Hospital to friends and family with pets. If you are anything close to an animal lover like myself, you will be pleased with the care your pet will receive at the Penn Animal Hospital.
And a note to the naysayers, remember this, your there for the well being of your pet not yourself. Leave your personal attitude at the door and think of your beloved pets. This is what these Doctors and staff members are there for, not your personal problems. It's all about the animals.

Highly recommended. My Lab had a Cruciate Ligament surgery. The staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Cohn explained the procedure and what I should expect for recovery prior to performing the surgery. He was there for all follow up visits. The costs were given before the surgery and there were no other charges for follow-ups or suture removal. Although there were always other people in the waiting room, I never waited more than a couple of minutes before I was seen. Free parking was also a plus.

Dr Cohn was amazing with my Booster. He had a cold and is normally a very feisty kitty but not for them. He was comfy. Dana one of the assistants is one in a million. She's kind informative and really cares. She put me at ease worrying about my baby. Love this vet
