BEWARE! Do not go there between 3:30 and 4:30 am they will send you away because there computers are down EVERY DAY!

I wouldn't even give this location a single star, due to the poor performance of the staff, I highly recommend to not even try to come to this location due to the poor performance provided at this location.

Ok I have given this place one more chance but there has not been one single time they have gotten my order right..Also they over charged me 4 times. I'm not sure what's going on or if it's on purpose but this is ridiculous. the only reason I'm not giving this 1 star is because of the man at the front that decided to give me a free sandwich because I didn't have enough, even though I was over charged anyways. I will not be returning anytime soon. I hate to say this everyone but don't waste your time here.

Un friendly countet staff and we tried something new but she didn't seem to have any idea what was on it...then a regular customer came in and that man had all her attention he was flirting with her and she eas flirting back. We asked for ketchup because there was none up front...you would of though she had to go to the cooler to get some packets.... i perfer to eat at the one on hwy. 365 in Nederland. ... much cleaner restaurant and the whole staff is awesome!!

lol fresh food my ass this jack in the Box haves the oldest smelling greasy food in south east Texas everything is cooked like 1 hour before customers order. That's close to a law suite!
