Great food. Great prices especially on Mondays when certain are buy one and get the 2nd dinner for half price. Courteous workers!

I am very disappointed with this visit. I went through the drive through, ordered my food (which I had to repeat several times), and was asked to pull around front because the sandwich would take 7 minutes to cook. 15 minutes later my food is brought out. I rush back to work before my break ends and my food isn't even right! I wanted nothing on my sandwich and they put mayo and all the fixings on it. I paid for a side of bbq sauce and didn't get it or my side of pickles either. I cannot say that I will be returning to the Port Arthur location.

Reasonably priced. Friendly staff! Nice building. Western decor. Casual and comfortable place. Steaks are great!
