I had the option of going to Maine Medical Center emergency room and have the whole visit take 4-6 hours, but decided to go to concentra walk-in where it only took about 1.5 hours. The front desk was excellent as was the
X-ray Tech. The doctor was efficient, but somewhat quiet and not very chatty, but you can’t ask for everything considering the variety of patients he comes across. All in all, I had an excellent visit.

I had to wait almost 2 hours, but the place was packed. The NP was very good, thorough, and knew her job well. I was very impressed with the staff as they did everything they could to speed the process along for everyone.

Great staff here at Concentra. I was in and out in about 20 minutes for a simple drug test. I was greeted very nicely and everything was explained to me in full. Very friendly staff who was laughing and joking with me. All in all great experience here.

Doctor was nice, front desk was attentive, and woman who did my pre-work physical was super nice... everything was great except for the fact that I went there at opening around 9:15am and had to sit in the waiting room until 11:45am, then sat in the room for another 20 minutes for a physical that lasted not even 2 minutes. Then off to the waiting room again until I could finally take my weight lifting exam. Finally left around 1pm for two short physicals lasting about 10 minutes in total.
4 hours sitting and waiting for 10 minutes actually being seen.

I came in with a wrist sprain from work and waited almost 3 hours to be seen while people who had just gotten in the door were seen immediately. Not even when I approached the desk to ask for some ice with tears streaming down my face did this change. If this place hadn’t been required by my employer for work injuries I would have gone somewhere else instead of waiting so long. That said, the doctor who did treat me was amazing and I’m hoping things go up from here.
