Absolutely agree with Brianna and one previous reviewer. Andrew seems to be the only person here with even a shred of empathy, assertive while remaining professional and respectful, and is actually willing to talk to you like a human being if you have a concern or problem. I actually think this company is way beneath someone with actual tact and patience that make for good customer service, and I hope he soon finds something better. Michelle is consistently rude and abrasive. She will not hesitate to try and guilt and berate you if you encounter an occasional financial crisis that is completely beyond your control. The standard response to selling complete lemons is "well you did decide to buy a used car." These people are vultures who prey on the misfortune of others, and try to make you feel like they are doing you some huge favor. There is a very good chance your credit WILL NOT improve with this program, in fact it will be worse off if you end up with one of the many junk cars and need to repair it ALL the time on top of the 18% interest they charge you. Avoid this place at all costs, buy a used junker every couple years, get a co-signer, do whatever you have to and you will still probably end up paying less than if you go through this program.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE to date. The few times a year i have to make a call, I cringe. They always makes me incompetent regardless of the request. Michelle is ALWAYS rude and condescending.
Not a customer focused facility!!!

I have had amazing experience with MAC Michelle is amazing and the best to work with as far as understanding that sometimes life happends. Granted she holds you accountable ;) as she should but I'm so happy with my experience with them. They have been great to me!!!

I had a relatively high income when I first applied for a loan with MAC. I decided to go back to school, and called them once I was settled in. I told them my income drastically changed from a high 5-figure salary to maybe a few thousand a year part time. I told them I'd be happy to continue making payments and continue working to pay the full amount, however I would need them to temporarily lower my monthly payments so I could feasibly make those payments. Instead of working with me to come up with a sensible payment plan for a college student, they told me I could either voluntarily surrender the vehicle for a hit on my credit, or they could take it involuntary for an equal hit on my credit.
I wouldn't ever work with these people if you intend to negotiate with them on any terms, as they'd rather have none of the money now rather than all of the money later, because I sure won't pay them back the remaining value of the loan after they sell the vehicle at wholesale value. I'm not paying for a vehicle I am not driving.
