Walmart Pharmacy Scarborough Maine is slightly expensive if you don’t have insurance, but when it comes to customer service they will jump through hoops to get done what you need done. And they’re very understanding about your circumstances.

I've never had a problem with them, they have tried to be helpful and accommodating every time I had a request or question. I find my after insurance costs at Walgreens, Rite-Aid or Hannafords higher then at WalMart. And the service is at least as good if not better. I only left a review because I was looking up their phone number from work and saw they had 3 one star reviews. They are not a 1 star pharmacy

The managers here a idiots. They don't even know their own privacy policies for recording and I had to call Walmart customer service on them.

The Scarborough, ME Walmart Pharmacy is awful! I turned in my scripts on a Thursday and they never texted me that any of my scripts had been filled. I had waited for 14 days until ALL of my scripts were filled. The associates just kept coming up with lame excuses. I had to call 4 times to check on my scripts. I ran out of my prescriptions ! The Scarborough, ME Walmart Pharmacy is really awful with customer service as well.
