Great atmosphere and service was top notch. The open face turkey and gravy is almost better than Mom's turkey dinner. The stuffing bread is 5 🌟.

Great atmosphere, great staff. Stepped out for a smoke and came back to our table cleared, we let our waitress know we were not done and were just stepping out for a smoke. Had to track someone down just to pay our tab.

Almost a sports bar type atmosphere. Decent food, okay beer. Didn't love their IPAs but their blueberry wheat is obviously the staple and oh so good. Worth visiting if you're in the area.

Sea Dog is a charming pub-style restaurant in a fairly convenient location. Easy to get to from the highway, or elsewhere in Portland. They have good food, tasty beer, and great trivia on Wednesday evenings! It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it.

Just so you know, the beer is not actually brewed here, but you do have the opportunity to try most of Sea Dog's offerings. Along with our flight of nine beers, we had a very nice meal. I ordered the seafood chowder and the PEI mussels while my wife ordered the turkey BLT. The potatoes in my chowder were slightly underdone and the turkey on my wife's sandwich was a little dry, otherwise it was an excellent meal. The mussels steamed in beer were particularly flavorful. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. It was fun trying the different beers, it certainly helps you know what to buy when you see them in the store.
