The hostess was excellent, short wait, but, not too bad. The chef is a magician. Both our choices were perfectly prepared and they were delicious.

This is the type of restaurant you want to visit over and over. In fact, we did several times during our stay in Portland. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the staff is friendly and genuine, the food is delicious and unpretentious. If I lived in Portland, I'd be a regular at The Front Room.

This is my all time favorite restaurant in Portland. Its a hidden gem with unique food that never fails to be the best. Great drink selections and trendy servers.

The food was amazing! Reservations highly recommended as we were a group of 6 and had to wait 45 mins for a table. The corn beef hash is delicious. The bloody Mary was not very good though.

first time eating here since moving to the neighborhood. The cuisine is straightforward, but done very well. We sat outside with our dog, so I didn't experience the ambiance of the dining room. Staff is very attentive and upbeat. Service was great. (even having water and a treat for our dog during dinner) highly recommend for an all around great evening.
