People are very friendly!!!!😊😊🐾. They take both cat's & dog's. Also if your bill is alot they will let you pay half now & half the fowing month witch come in handy .

THE BEST VETS EVER!!! Last year our dog Ella was diagnosed with diabetes and she had a rough year with never being able to get her levels at a good and steady level. Both the Drs and all the techs were amazing with her. They answered all of our questions and were so patient with us while we learned to care for a dog who needed daily insulin and a special diet. One of the techs even added my wife as a friend on Facebook and said if we ever have any questions we could message her any time. Oh and believe me, we Did! She was so patient and kind. Even with all of their help our baby girl got real sick and started losing more weight. Well today , we made the excruciating decision to put her down. We were able to get Ella in the vets office that day to send her off to cross the Rainbow Bridge. My wife messaged the vet tech on Facebook to let her know that we were having her put down. Even though she HAD THE DAY OFF, she met my wife there and sat with her while they put her down. She loved our dog as much as we did.
From the minute my wife and Ella got in the room, my wife laid on the floor and snuggled with her. They never once asked her to move or anything, they stepped over her just so she could be next to her every last second she had. They gave her the privacy she needed to say goodbye as well.

This is such a phenomenal office with amazing staff. We will never go anywhere else for our pets because our pets are family and when it comes to health care for our family we want the best just like we do for our kids.

Dr Bill Pollock saved my Emma's life. I don't know what we would have done without him. Everyone is wonderful but she responded so well to Dr Bill. Thanks for everything. I trust these folks with all my fur babies.

Wonderful staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. But most importantly my dogs love the staff and staff does well with my extra large bread dog. I have been going to this office since I was a kid with my parents for our dog and cats. I think the past vet from then Dr. Cory, even came to the house for our pony a time or two. I would never go anywhere else with my fur children.

The older receptionist/secretary with dark hair and glasses is extremely rude and unpleasant to work with. My family has been going here since I was a child for 15+ years. Asked for leniency on a certain bill, ONE bill, for the first time ever (relatively insignificant bill, but I strongly disagreed with the cost). The woman was very rude and condescending. She said she would only take a very small portion off overall bill when I felt very strongly that the charge should of been a fraction of what it was. The way she was speaking to me made me feel like she couldn't care less about my business, even though my family has been going there for over a decade. No respect, kindness, or understanding shown. Walked out and said I'll take my business elsewhere. The vets are great and I'll miss them, but I refuse to be a client where the staff doesn't recognize loyalty and are condescending to clients. Would be 1 star but it'll give 2 because I like the vets.
