A really unique and interesting park. Lots of cool sculptures. Although the pedestrian overpass looks like something put of a David Lynch movie.

The actual park isn't much of a part. The park across the street offers the best views of the water tower.

Small green space tucked away in the neighborhood off N Interstate and Going. Interesting statues to check out. Right next to a quirky pedestrian overpass. If you're looking to explore the hidden gems of Portland this is a good one to investigate!
