Called to transfer a prescription from my former pharmacy to this location. The person I spoke to berated me for not having my former pharmacy's phone number memorized. Pro tip: if you want customers, you should avoid yelling at people who are trying to give you their money.
Later, Target called to confirm that they had received the 90 day prescription. When I went to pick up the filled prescription, the pharmacist told me that there would be no more refills because there was no 90 day prescription on file. How does this even happen?
Another time, my wife's physician called in a prescription for Montelukast. When I went to fill that prescription, they filled an inhaler that my wife doesn't even have a prescription for. They refused to correct their mistake and blamed the physican for calling in the inhaler order. They were either lying or took down the physician's order wrong, because my wife's physician *does not want* my wife on this inhaler.

Literally every time I have come here there has been some incident. They often try to give me the wrong size of syringes even with my prescription right in front of them. Not just a different brand, but a different gauge and length. Then there was a change in my insurance that changed how much of my prescription I can get at once and instead of explaining that to me, they glazed it over like "oh well it's the same thing, you'll just have to come in more often for it". Sure it's the same medicine, but it's the same price for less of it more frequently. I know they can't necessarily control that, but it was extremely poor service. Friday I called in a refill, got a call Saturday that it was done, and when I went to pick it up just now (Monday afternoon), it wasn't ready. They were unapologetic and when I explained that I had gotten a call they just said "oh weird." I would not recommend this pharmacy at all.
