ZERO STAR. This posting is just to complete the terrible experience with Postal Pharmacy Services. It has been a week since the initial missing delivery medication claim is filed on last Monday. I have NOT heard a word from this pharmacy, no call or email to investigate the incident or follow up on the medication refill status. I had to have my insurance company override PPS' claim to have my medication refilled at another pharmacy. If I have waited for PPS to resolve the problem I would have still been out of the medication. They simply DO NOT care, only want their MONEY.

This is the posting from a week ago. It would be ZERO star if I was given the choice. I refilled a prescription a week before I would run out of it, and I was told the package was delivered. Since I hadn't received the delivery after a week, I called on the following Saturday. I was told the replacement delivery would not be able to deliver until Monday, and I would not receive it until the next Wednesday or Thursday. This process will leave me without medication for a week by assuming I will receive the delivery on time.
So, I decided to use a local 24 hour pharmacy for their convenient and guaranteed service. When I called Postal Prescription Services to transfer the prescription, they were closed after 2pm on Saturday. I spoke to an on-call pharmacist. The pharmacist told me that she could not reverse the claim until they received the returned package (no one knows where the package is). She also "advises" me that if I am concerned about the missing doses of my medication, I can pay out of pocket to buy the medication until the problem is solved. May be her claim is legitimate, however, I find it is rude and heartless.
I called PPS on Monday, and I was told that it will take 1-2 days for the supervisor to investigate the case. PPS will NOT mail the replacement medication, and will NOT reverse the insurance claim (which will allow me to refill the prescription elsewhere) until they find out what has happened to the missing package. When was asked of what to do with me out of my medication, the customer service person "suggested" me to get some free samples from my doctor's office. This is another cold and heartless response from PPS staff.
What more bothersome was that during the entire conversation with the pharmacist and the customer service staff, I did not hear a word about they are sorry about the missing doses of my medication, nor an apology about the delay of service. They just simply do not care.
Now, I have run out of my medication for a few days, and I do not know when I will receive my refill.
Medications are crucial to your health and life. Do yourself a favor, use a reliable pharmacy.

The are out of NatureThroid from the manufactuer - when you call it in, there is no indication of this, they then send you an email a few days later that there is a delay in processing. And nothing more until you call them to check on it and find out the order has been cancelled. Frustrating.

Unfortunately they do not service my area. we are out a ways, but it would have been helpful to know this information before having my prescriptions changed over to them. Quite a mess to back track pharmacies to get my meds to a closer pharmacy. I would love their service, and they were very friendly on the phone.

Very fast, reliable and accurate service. Website is somewhat buggy but it has been greatly improved over the old site. I'd recommend PPS. Been using them for almost a year and no problems or errors... knock wood!
