Tried this Taco Bell out because the one i go to normally in cedar hills usually has a grumpy staff with long wait times. So came to this one to see how it was. When I pulled up to the window, the guy working the window barely made eye contact with me while exchanging cash. He left his gloves on while handling my cash then used to same gloves to go prepare my food. Then to top it all off I asked for extra fire sauce after i looked in the $5 box and saw 4 fire sauce. He then proceeds to rudely ask "well how much?". after he handed me the sauce I smiled at him and said thank you he glares at me without saying a word, slams the window and turns around. Needless to say I will not waste my time driving a little further to visit this one! Wish I could have gotten the mans name but with the short time he spent talking to me I didn't catch it. If I could give 0 stars I would! One last note: I can count the amount of times I've been compelled enough to leave a review online on one hand if that shows how unhappy I was with this visit.

Have you met Tracy? She is often may favorite part about this Taco Bell! I find the food to be very similar at all their locations, but Tracy is awesome, and the reason I return here with my roommates. Professional, Kind, Calm Under Pressure, Always Smileing (no one smiles anymore... lol)

It was good I got the cheese roll that is good for kids and the cheese bean and rice burrito. The cheese on the burrito was not very good and kinda spicy. But the cheese on the cheese roll up was pretty good.
