The lobby in this place is absolutely disgusting. (The pictures dont do the mess justice) I understand fast food can get busy but its 8:30 pm on a sunday. 2 other people in the lobby. I have witnessed multiple employees eating and drinking behind the counter. A woman is literally chewing while taking an order. 😮
The food was ok. Fries were fresh but the new chicken strips were half the size i expected. Not sure if theyre at the bottom of the bag or if theyre supposed to be the size of chicken nuggets? 😂 If i ever need to stop and feed my kids again ill go across the street to Mcdonalds.

Waited an extraordinary amount of time this evening to receive order. There were only 3 people in the restaurant.... And when we finally received the order, it was missing items , almost given to another person who stuck their face in the bag to see if it was theirs, and it was bagged to go and we told the counter person it was to go.... Ughhh...

That young lady at the counter was rude and seemed to have an attitude. It would have been nice for her to simply acknowledge I was there and requested to use the restroom, rather than say nothing and have me wait. Courtesy and customer service are key and gol a long way. The food was fine.

It's fast food yes but I come here quite often for lunch at work and the drive thru is always quick and I have never had an order messed up. As far as fast food goes this is definitely the best I have experienced

I watched as a man brought 2 hamburgers back to say they were wildly wrong. That should have clued me in. My burger was also wrong, they gave me a single instead of a double, and the replacement tasted like meat that is a day or two past its expiration. My dining partner went up to get something else but the cashier had disappeared so he gave up. They even screwed up and almost forgot my Frosty. The only thing right with my order was the diet Coke. I guess they couldn't find a way to screw that up. Lastly, the dining room was a wreck. It wasn't until we had looked at 3 other tables that we found one that we at least felt like we could brush off the visible detritus. All around awful. I am disabled and don't get out much and had been looking forward to this. :'-(
