Went to a sold out metal show (Cannibal Corpse) and Charles the security guy is awesome and did a great job.

It's historical, it shows films natively in 35mm and 70mm, there's beer, a pizza shop is attached to the inside of the building, and it has current films as well as some cult classics.

The inside ranges from beautiful to drab, as do the seats, and rooms - some are fantastic, and others I'd rather just pass on. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The prices are more than competitive.
They also provide a movie pass feature, and if you like watching movies in the theater it's worth considering getting a pass here instead of a big chain.

Had a mighty fine time watching Wednesday 13. I no longer drink, but I used to, and always have a great time at the Hawthorne. #devilhorns

Concerts! Buy sheelchair users will have a severely rough time being able to watch shiws

Awesome venue. Great little bar with an exceptional bartender and staff wasn't overbearing. Cool place to catch a show for sure
