Prompt friendly service and when the car I reserved had stains on the seat they upgraded my rental at no additional cost so I could drive away in a non-stained car! I also forgot a security gate clicker in the car. It was from a friends house! Yikes, They tracked down the car, found the clicker and held it for me until I could send someone to pick it up! So nice!

Five stars are perfection. Four stars are about as good as humans get.
This location the Se 82nd & Woodstock site and the outlet in Santa Cruz CA are a decidedly better experience than the airport desks. Who knows might check out their used vehicles.

I have rented from Enterprise before and have come to expect quality customer service. The staff at the West Burnside location in Portland didn't fail. When I was given a larger car than I had reserved because of the high number of rentals on eclipse weekend, I was told that my only other alternative was a pick-up truck. The thing was that the rental for the pick-up would be at the compact rate, while the larger car would cost me more. Never having driven a pickup before, I opted for the larger Chrysler. While on my trip with the rental, I received a courtesy call from the location to see how things were going with the car. All was well, I said, except I was annoyed that I had to pay more for the Chrysler because there were no compacts available. Before I could say anymore, the rep on the call promptly offered me my original price! I was very satisfied. Thanks, Enterprise!

The employees at this location went out of their way to make my rental a great experience. The guy checking me in said he aims to get people in and out in 3 minutes, and he met that goal. They gave me the car they felt was the nicest one available in the category I chose. When I returned, they asked where I was going, and I said I was headed back to the airport. They immediately offered to drive me to the nearest MAX station, which was awesome. Saved me an extra walk in the unusual heat. Great customer service!
