Jo is literally the kindest Hertz representative I have ever encountered. She has exceptional customer service skills. We had a problem with our rental (because we booked with a third party site, our bad) and she bent over backwards to help us resolve it. She is an absolutely phenomenal person and does whatever she can to be helpful, with a smile.

My advice to you: USE ENTERPRISE.

We had a TERRIBLE experience with Hertz in general but this branch was the tipping point. We were delayed with our travel plans but made it to the branch by 5:53, it closed at 6:00 (already had paid online for reservations, just needed to pick up the car), should have just made it. No it was closed, completely dark, no one in there. We called the customer service number and told them it was closed but shouldn't be and they basically told us too bad, get a cab. We are business owners ourselves. If this would be how we would treat our customers, we wouldn't have any customers left. When we were there the next day we told the man helping us what had happened and he was completely rude to us. Absolute jerk. The car we got had the check engine light on the whole time we rented it. The only redeeming quality about this horrible place was when we dropped it off early in the AM the gentleman that was cleaning the cars was genuinely nice and helpful. We have a corporate account with another rental company and were exploring our options. We are absolutely never renting from Hertz again.

Worst experience I ever had... no customer service at all.
I called in the morning to exchange a deficient car, I was told they had one waiting for me. But when I arrived there, the manager didn't care and sent me back out telling me he never said that and i had to figure out what to do by myself.
I had to drive half an hour on the highway with a deficient tire to get to the next hertz location.
Didn't even get commercial gesture in compensation of this horrible (non)service.
Don't go there..

Definitely would not rent from here. The car we got was filthy to start. I told the rental agent that we were returning the car very early and he said to drop the keys in the drop box. When we returned the car, the drop box entrance was closed and locked. Had to pay $29 to get the car back out of the parking garage and was charged another $45 for returning to a different location.

Spoke to Ryan the manager and the guy was an ass and tried to do finger pointing. Wouldn't trust these guys to fairly charge you for rentals.

I usually do not write reviews, but I felt impelled to share my terrible experience here. I reserved a vehicle about 2 months prior, and when I arrived to pick up the car, I wad told that I had cancelled my reservation 1 month ago. When I showed the manager an email from Hertz 2 days ago that confirmed my reservation, she rudely replied, "I didn't send that." My only options were to get a much larger vehicle for double the price or be placed on a waiting list. I chose the larger vehicle because I did not want to waste my day. To be clear I did not cancel my reservation. While i was paying, she started lecturing me how hard her job was and how this was completely my fault. I never felt so demeaned before.
