Classy for waiting. Pleasant on the eyes. Otherwise there's the nice guy Eric. Gave me the nicest car. Had to wait a bit but it was worth it. Must say. So far so good. Just picked up car. State Farm is paying. Benefit of policy. Pay in advance. Gamble you won't need. Great if you do.
Car is immaculate. Can't complain yet. I'll check in when I'm done with rental. Would have 5 star except for wait past appointment time. It's actually inside the hotel so finding can be confusing. I walked right past the window in door first time through hotel ground floor. Photos show the way and hotel lobby.

Horrible closed until Monday and when you call their office the guy on the phone is abrupt and rude to you. Even if you have a reservation.

Thieves...plain and simple. I turned my rental car in with a full tank of gas on a Friday afternoon, well before closing. There was a sign stating they would be back in 10 minutes. We waited for 30 minutes, had somewhere we had to be, and left the keys in a drop box. A week later, I got our receipt stating we didn't return the car until the following Monday and was charged a full tank of gas. Hertz Corp was able to see there was no fills on the car on that day and had to credit us the charges.

Stressed out people. High-pressure to buy the bullshit insurance, which costs almost twice as much as the actual car rental. Car wasn't as clean as I would have expected from the no.1 company. Go to Dollar downtown.

Everyone was so friendly the location even stayed open longer because my flight got in late.
