My entire experience with this office has been awful. First, when I was there I found that not only did the exam rooms have carpet in them, but everything was covered in a layer of dust. In an allergy clinic of all places. Then, I never got a call back about my test results. After a month I called them myself so I could get my results. Overall not very professional.

I don't actually use this clinic, bit accidentally called them trying to reach my doctor and tell them I was running late for an appointment. Martin answered the phone and immediately began looking up my doctor's phone number. I really appreciated it as I was already late and driving. Martin had no reason to go out of his way to help me other than to be nice and helpful. I think this speaks volumes for the clinic! Thanks, Martin!!

I was having a serve allergic reaction and was worried it may spread. I asked the receptionist for the earliest appointment and she said 2 weeks later than that date. I asked her if there was anywhere she could recommend besides the emergency room that I could go to if I needed to be seen today, in case the symptoms worsened or spread and...
....she asked me for my medical records....?
Maybe some emergency training should be given to employees...

Late appointment runs over. On my way out they tell me to ask for a bill discount if I get a ticket. I get a ticket. Takes four tries to get someone on the phone over weeks. Am told I owe nothing! Receive another bill, I do owe the original amount. They'd made a mistake. I call, accounting on person is incredulous that if ask for a discount after being told to ask for a discount.
Actual doctor people are nice. They have off the street parking if you can get them to tell you about it.
I won't go back after this uncomfortable exchange though.

I have a little kid with significant allergies. Dr Khalili is awesome as are all the nurses and staff. They were great about moving my little guy through the testing process with little fuss.
I felt like our concerns were heard and questions were reasonably answered. Professional, knowledgable, but with good bedside manner.
We go in for shots twice a week, and the staff were on it when we had the tiniest reaction. They work really hard to make it a fun place for my 5yo even though he gets a shot every time he's there.
My 8yo and I also see Dr Khalili and I'd recommend him to anyone.
