Front desk staff member named “May” was NOT very friendly or helpful. As soon as I called she seemed distracted and there was loud background noise. She then asked me to hold on so she could finish what she was doing! I called as a new patient and was inquiring if they worked with my dental insurance and instead of giving me a clear answer she said I would need to make an appointment and it would take a week for them to find out what coverage was. Even though I had my insurance information ready to provide to her. She told me if I changed my mind to call back, which was humorous to me. There would have been no need if she would have been helpful in the least bit. Needless to say her attitude was enough for me to not want to visit tho suffice. My friend also had a bad expierence with one of the front desk staff members two months ago, I am not sure who the employee was though. Due to this being in our local neighborhood we both decided to try them. Will review on yelp as well.
