I had my first appointment here a year ago and was so pleased with the friendly staff and easy treatment options. However, I set an appointment for six months out, and got a call a few weeks beforehand telling me that didn't work for them and I had to re schedule. After a couple weeks of ongoing phone tag (they have very bizarre hours), I just dropped it.

Recently I had a filling break so I called to schedule an emergency appointment (which they advertise on their website). Sadly, they don't have a dr in the office on Fridays. What?!? I found a place close to my work that squeezed me in that afternoon.

I cannot put up with their weird hours and inability to hold an appointment. Although they are very nice people, as a business it doesn't work for me.

Prior to seeing Dr. Gonzales, I had only been to one dental practice in 54 years (two generations)!! I am 'differently abled' and the drive to see MY dentist became too arduous, so I saw Dr. Gonzales. He had one tough act to follow but he and his staff did just that in spades! I WOULD like the office to become more accessible so I don't have to change dentists again..... The care at this office is SO thorough and attentive to my needs, I would hate to have to change. Fortunately, it is not yet necessary. GREAT care.

I absolutely love and recommend this office. I always leave in a good mood and glad to have gone. I have had major work done over the past year and really am impressed with both the work, and the professionalism. You can really tell that Dr. Gonzales is passionate about his work and that patient-centered care is his top priority. I will continue seeing Dr. G until I have no more teeth. And then I'm going to make him fashion me some really sweet dentures.

I have been going to Hollywood Dental for a year now, and I am very pleased with my decision to do so. I hadn't been to a dentist in over 7 years, so I was nervous knowing my teeth would need some work.
Dr. Gonzales and his staff have been great. Everyone is very kind, and your experience in their office is a top priority. My nerves were quickly settled, and after a cleaning we worked out a plan to fix my 5 cavities at a pace I was comfortable with. So, as of yesterday, a year from my first visit, I am cavity free. All visits have been pain free and quick. The last cavity took only 30 minutes. If you choose to go to Hollywood Dental it's hard for me to imagine you not having and equally pleasant experience.

Dr Gonzales and his staff are excellent and I highly recommend them. Michelle is our dental hygienist and we love going to see her. Our whole family is comfortable in the office and going to the dentist isn't ever a scary experience.
We've been to this office for 5 years, well before Dr Gonzales took over the practice, and I am the most comfortable with Dr Gonzales compared to previous dentists. They were all good, but Dr G is GREAT!
