Dr Eilers has been our family dentist for a very long time. The level of excellence in patient care can't be matched. He cares about our teeth and explains everything that might need to be done to keep a bright smile on our faces for years to come. Michelle is the best teeth cleaner and has the warmest personality to make your time with her one of comfort and dedication. Everyone at Eilers Family Dentistry has the best care of you and your teeth in mind. I highly recommend their office without reservation. Try em you'll like em.

Tim Eilers and his staff are a great team with many years of experience. I have been going to Dr. Eilers for several years now. He has done several crowns for me. The work was flawless. His dentistry skills are superb. He's definitely the best dentist I've ever had work on my mouth. (There have been several, not all of them good!) He's also on the faculty at OHSU dental school, so he shares through teaching and keeps his knowledge fresh!

Friendly and helpful, yet requires 18 x-rays or refuses treatment. They will leave the room when the x-rays are taken. I was informed it wasn't just because of the direct x-rays. It was because of the x-rays that reflect off the walls and bounce around the room when they take the x-ray.

The little protective bib they provide covers your chest only. They are asking too much of people to require a potentially dangerous proceedure just to get veneers or caps.

I have been going to Dr. Eilers since 1999 and he is the best dentist I have ever gone too. I tried switching one time, because Dr. Eilers does not use the gas, and I thought I needed it for getting a root canal. So I was sitting in the chair of the new dentist, getting loopy on the gas and he asked, "Why did you leave Dr. Eilers? He is really good!" I said, "aren't You really good??" Immediately I regretted my decision.. and quickly realized the gas wasn't worth it anymore. So I went back to Dr. Eilers and now I just really hope that never retires!! He has a great crew as well and has had the same hygienist and assistant for as long as I can remember. Also, I broke one of my crowns while i was in dental lab school and he put a temporary on, so that when I learned how to make crowns, I could make my own and he would put it on for me. And two years later we finally did it! Oh and he was also voted Portland's Best Dentist during the time I have been going to him. I can't remember what year but I think it was the middle 2000s. Anyway, I highly recommend Dr. Eilers!

There are a lot of dentists out there these days. Most of them have fancy new offices and a small army of assistants - and guess who gets to pay for all that! I went to some of them before finally choosing Dr. Eilher for various reasons including: he is simply the kindest, nicest, most competent dentist I've ever been to.
