I was intimately groped by the doctor. Then he told me part of my heart wasn't working at all, to scare and confuse me. He told me to go right to the ER, where I was told my heart was fine. Other totally sketchy stuff, too much to retell. I filed a formal complaint with the licensing board. Bad bad bad bad place.

The people working here were extremely nice and very helpful. Much better than the experience I've had at other places. definitely would recommend them to anyone

They were very helpful. The medication the provider prescribed was not available at any pharmacy. When I called and asked for something else they called in a new prescription right away. Saved me from having to come back to the urgent care.

I made an appointment and completed registration online for the next day without trouble. 10-15 minutes before my appt and a few blocks from arriving at AFC I realized I forgot my wallet and had to turn back home. I called to inform the office I would not make it on time and they were very understanding. I walked in 15 minutes late and waited 5-10 minutes before I was brought back. I had my child with me and although I didn't need it, I was offered accommodation while I had a test done in another room.

Overall the care and attention I received was friendly, efficient, thorough, personable, and informative. The day after my appointment, I received an unexpected follow up call from the office and was provided with further assistance. Thank you to everyone at AFC NE!

First of all, I work in a medical seeing and understand that it does get busy. With that said, there is a good and bad way to deal with this. The staff was nice and helpful, the office was clean and newer, and the waiting room was welcoming, but you should not have to wait 45 minutes without seeing a single employee (while waiting on the doctor). This is not okay. I had to also get a CXR, which could have been done while I was waiting...time management and keeping the patient updated is very important in the medical world. Maybe it was just a super crazy day.

So it was a crazy day and they stepped up their game. So after many changes to this, overall a great medical place that seemed to be having a bad day. Great staff!!
