I'm not a fan of this clinic. I was told they would remove a cancer about the size of a lentil. They removed it all right and left and large dent in my head and the hair did not grow back like they said....I don't trust these pl. at all. My skin was itching. Their diagnosis for the reason was all wrong.....
I wouldn't go back if I had a choice.

The kindness and professionalism that you receive at Knott Street Dermatology is above and beyond any doctors office I have been in in quite a long time. My doctor spoke to me like am intelligent person. The doctors are knowledgeable and the staff explains everything so well I was very impressed and very much recommend knott street dermatology to anyone & everyone. They are so nice, they are so good, they are so professional!!

I'd like to precursor this review by first stating that I have never ever written a bad review in my life for anything, so I am only writing this to try and prevent others from having the same experience I did.

I was referred to Knott Street Dermatology by my doctor for a skin rash that I contracted about six months ago. During my appointment there, which lasted for about 10 minutes, they told me that I was having a simple allergic reaction and to take some benadryl to stop the inflammation, and that my rash was "definitely not" anything to worry about. After a couple of weeks, the rash was still prevalent, so I called and asked what to do. They then told me that my home was probably infested with fleas and that I needed to get the house exterminated. When I explained that I didn't even own any pets, they said that until I had the house exterminated, I should not call back.

Fast forward to today, when I saw another dermatologist, who took a scraping sample and showed me pictures of exactly what skin condition I had contracted for the past six months, and I was prescribed medication today that will clear it up in one week. What should have lasted for one week lasted six months for me...six months of unbearable pain.

I will never recommend anybody to Knott Street Dermatology. They barely took any time to talk to me about my condition, nor did they take standard procedures for diagnosing a medical issue. I blame myself for trusting them, but I blame them for having the most unprofessional and unqualified medical staff I have ever seen. If there was every anything less than one star, this would be the time I would use it.
