Krishna has helped me work through health issues both physical, as well as emotional. I've learned things about my body that I didn't understand before. She has a warm calming spirit and her ability to connect is what makes her stand out. Each time I finish an acupuncture session with her, I feel so at peace and in control of my health and my life. She's awesome.

Receiving acupuncture sessions from Krishna is one of the most healing aspects of my life. I have been seeing her off and on for several years, and continue to be moved and impressed by her skill, kindness, and effectiveness as a practitioner. From her quick yet thorough assessment process, where she is somehow able to ask the exactly perfect questions to discover what is underneath my symptoms, to her calm and pleasant demeanor, to the way she uses her breath to signify when to relax for the needles, to the essential oils and sound healing tools, the whole experience is exquisite and exceptional. I walk out of her office feeling like a new person, more relaxed and centered, and with often obvious symptom relief or even complete changes. Her work has helped me prevent and shorten colds, reduce menstrual cramps, manage sugar addiction, heal from injuries, reduce systemic inflammation, and heal my broken heart from past relationships. Highly, highly recommended.

I am fortunate to have a primary care physician who embraces the benefits of acupuncture and referred me for treatment. I am even MORE fortunate to have then found Krishna Avalon. I have been seeing her for a few months and she is truly a master of her profession. During my acupuncture, she performs energy work and sound healing that gently weave their way through the circulation of qi. I feel incredibly relaxed during the treatment, then rejuvenated after. I have undergone acupuncture in the past, but the treatments pale in comparison to my sessions with Krishna. There are those who treat and those that are true healers, Krishna of course is the latter! Her space on Fremont St. is as amazing as she is. Beautifully appointed, serene, quiet and easy parking all around.
