My experience in the ER was awful. Mansplaining at its finest -- The physician was completely dismissive of my heart attack symptoms saying, "oh it's probably just anxiety, here's a Xanax prescription." (I have no mental health issues.) Other staff was rushed, rude, and/or non-communicative of what steps and tests I was being taken to next. I was officially discharged from my room but abandoned and given no instruction of how to exit the hospital. Terrible from start to finish. I am a marketing manager for a major health care operator in the U.S., and this experience was eye-opening to how often female patients report being treated this way in a cardiac event.

Claire H Gould is the best advanced OBGYN I've ever met in my life.
This place is highly recommended due to the alert and respectful staff.
Overall this is a great clinic for women's health.

Very inconsistent service. Had 60 minute surgery scheduled for 4:00 pm. Got in to surgery after 6:00. There was no information given to my worried wife until after 9 PM. Hospital closed and she was locked out.
Was supposed to be in the hospital overnight. Wound up being 4 days, and was in much worse shape when I finally got out. Care givers ranged from very good to not really seeming to care. Pushed help button and waited 20 minutes before going out to find help. Other time asked for water and was totally forgotten.

Great place to go for lab work. I was in and out in no time. The staff was highly efficient.
