I have been taking my son here since birth, so 28 months now. I have found it to be a good doctors office. We see Dr Clark and she is very thorough and pleasant. She talks to both me and my son. She explains why certain things are asked. She answers all my questions. Once, I had an issue with the medical assistant calling me back when they said they would, but I called them back and was able to talk with them at that time. Other then that one experience, all of our other visits and phone calls have been professional and handle timely. Thankfully, my son isn't sick often, but when I have had concerns they have either gotten me in quickly or answered my questions informatively depending on the situation. I highly recommend Oregon Pediatrics, specifically Dr Clark.
