DO NOT GO HERE! I went in for an ear infection back in June and had to wait for an hour in an empty waiting room. The nurse or assistant, whoever she was, finally guide me back to one of the rooms to wait for the doctor. I waited in the back for doctor Joshua Rafkind (PA-C, MSPA) but decided to leave out of the waiting frustration. I asked the assistant if I was going to get billed for this visit and she said NO. Three months passed and they falsify a claim with my insurance saying that I had a surgical procedure with the doctor! Now I have to trouble myself to speak with my insurance to deny such claim. Please....save your time and money for another Urgent Care with ethical business practice.

I usually go to this place when it's needed but just had a not so great service. I had lost a prescription and needed it replaced (for anxiety) . So I called monday. I was told that the doctor who handles it would be in wednesday and they had to run it by him. The lady said she would write a note for it and that I would get a call wednesday as soon as possible. Wednesday came along, and I waited all day for the call till around 7 and no one picked up, their messaging service said to leave a message and someone would respond. Well no one did so I ended up calling them the next day round noon and asked about it, the receptionist said they would check and then call me back. Waited till evening and still no callback. So I called and was finally given an answer only to be told I would have to schedule another appointment just to get the prescription re-issued (or at least with less pills cause obviously some were used over some time). Now my insurance is crap so my co-pay would be 120 bucks (and whatever else my insurance won't take care of) just so I can tell the doc in person that I lost a bottle of pills. I know that depending on a prescription, re-issuing it isn't always a possibility with a doctor consultation, but the amount of calling and waiting just to get a clear answer is ludicrous and nerve racking. The place is good if I go in knowing I have pneumonia or strep or the flu and just need a prescription to get antibiotics. But in the past, going here, the doctors at times have come off as dismissive as well. I do give the nurses points though. They are always nice with their bedside manner. So three stars for functionality and nurses, but minus two for the lack of communication albeit in the doc's office or just to get them on the phone.

I dont remember the Doctors Name but I went in not feeling good, Found out I had an Intestinal Infection and was suffering for awhile with it. She gave me the right medicine and within 20mins I was feeling amazing. I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing job you did.

The male doctor I saw was extremely condescending and seemed judgemental. It is unfortunate, because the secretary and nurse were great: kind, knowledgeable, helpful. I will not be going back due to the Doctor's poor attitude.
