I called 3 weeks ago and left a message (during open hours), never got a return call. I then called a week later leaving another message saying that I understood how they could be busy, but I was disappointed I never got a return phone call. I have a referral and just want to schedule an appointment. I don't expect to get in right away, I understand the wait time for rheumatologists. I clarified my name and # again making sure it all came through clearly. Nothing! Super disappointed in the lack of customer care. Not ok.

My first impression of Dr Sarah Lipton is that she is on medication. Her comments were very patronizing and judgmental. I need a physician to be sympathic to my illness, not oh poor baby me. In the end she did nothing to actually help me. Horrible experience.
