They saw me about 30 min before closing last night without an appointment for severe cat bite wounds on my hands/finger. They were very nice and willing to help. I was even there until after closing time.

They say there mission is to help the poor & vulnernable through compassion , well that is FAR FROM THE TRUTH I WAS NOT TREATED WITH ANY COMPASSION, HOW DARE THEY USE GOD'S NAME IN THERE MOTTO THEN LIE AS WELL THEY DID NOTHING BUT DISRESPECT ME AND SENT ME EXTREMELY SICK OUT INTO THE FREEZING COLD.
I had a appointment but still had to wait over 30 mins, then after 40 minutes trying to use the computer refused to treat me, I have insurance with OHP and have used providence for years I also checked the website where I made my appointment to confirm my insurance it is listed in big bold letters, well after an hour and 15 minutes they refused to treat me I was being seen for shortness of breath cough dizziness and extreme head aches and these so called God loving helpers for the poor & vulnernable sent me out into 20 degree winter freezing temperatures.
That is not COMPASSION I spent all the money I had to get there in a cab and left with no inhaler or any medical treatment at all in fact I now probably am worse after having to walk in freezing cold to get back home.
Thanks for NOTHING PROVIDENCE I hope this kind act sends you to a place much warmer with fire & brimstone..
