Of all the Zoom clinics I have been to, this one is the best I have ever seen. Casey at the front desk was kind, warm, and very efficient. He seemed genuinely concerned about making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Cohen was wonderful. He listened to me and I felt like he cared about me. I never felt rushed or as though I was a burden to him. Rather than just give me pills and send me on my way, he offered a thorough evaluation and made some useful suggestions for long term improvement. He is so kind and caring, a true healer! What a great team! Thanks to Casey and Dr. Cohen. I felt better even before I left the office.

5+ Stars for the Practitioners at NE Alberta Zoomcare. Casey R at the front desk exceeded my expectations in customer service, care, and communication! Casey R also did my blood draw and did an amazing job - knowledgeable, precise, and explained everything extremely well!

Zoomcare Cons:
-Inability to schedule farther out online for Wellness Appointment
-Unable to call my clinic directly (even when returning their call)
-"Guru" line for phone calls often provides unsatisfactory service
-My PCP is on leave & no one has been able to tell me when she'll return

Casey R was so absolutely lovely and wonderful and made my bad day so much better! He was a ray of sunshine on a cold icy day, literally, there was ice all over Portland and I'm pretty sure he melted at least half of it with his sunshiny demeanor. Thanks, Casey R! You're the best!

I visited the Alberta Street ZOOM Care location while traveling in Portland, and I was so impressed with the efficient and effective care I received. Casey R at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful as well as genuinely concerned for my situation. Dr. Cohen had a great bed-side manner and was so knowledgable and thorough. If you want excellent care in a timely manner, visit the Alberta Street ZOOM location. I appreciate all they did to help me. Five starts for sure!

I don't usually write reviews but really felt the need to share what an amazing experience I had at this Clinic...Casey, the receptionist, was polite, professional and reassuring. I was new to Zoom Care, and very leary of clinics all together. As soon as I entered the door, I was greeted with care and compassion. Within 10 minutes I was given a thorough exam by a very attentive doctor and treated for a sinus infection which I thought was a bronchial infection. If you need medical help, I would highly recommend this clinic!
