I came here because of a mental health issue I was having, and Mr Tyrell outperformed every psychiatrist that I have ever met. He suggested a medication that helped with my depression and sleeping problems/anxiety so well, that I am back in college full time. So I would have to say that I love this place, as well as the other zoomcares I have visited, because the level of compassion and care I receive at zoomcare is definitely above and beyond any other places I have ever been to.

Dr. Iris Maruska is the best. Highly recommend. She's so good I started seeing her for my annuals... Very surprised I'd go to Zoomcare for this but very happy to have found her.

Docs were fine, short and sweet. They over billed me twice, once without notice. The second time they billed me based on their estimation of what my insurance would cover before a claim was even submitted. I was also promised a scrip refill 3 months out after 3 visits. After my third visit they said I'd have to schedule one last follow up and then they could start writing my scrip two months out. On a more positive note, staff was friendly and helpful in dealing with their mistakes. But I don't think I will be going back..

Hate is a strong word. I gave it one star because they only accept young, healthy patients and will not treat the elderly, even for a sore throat. This is everything that is wrong with health care in America. Profit over decency.
