This place was really great. Went here to see the Dermatologist because my primary was 5 weeks out!! Ridiculous. Dr. Doughtery was so great. Friendly, listened to my issues and solved my problem. While I was there I got to observe others coming and going and all of the Doctors seemed professional and friendly.

If you need help with base medical or even a specialist you should really check out Zoom+Care and not suffer for weeks while clinics wait to get you in the door! I can only speak so far for this location but I will be using them again in the future.

The staff was really nice. I didn't wait long and didn't even have an appointment. However, I was told they would go over the cost with me before hand and they didn't. I was really surprised when they told me it was gonna be $250! I have insurance, on my receipt it shows that just my visit was $200! For what!!? For them to tell me I have a runny nose and a cough, I already knew that. So your feedback is: if your going to charge someone over $50, you should prepare them before it's too late. Most people can't afford that. If I would have know how much I was going to be charged for nothing, I would never have stepped foot in there.

I went in 10 Minutes before my appointment and went right in to see the Doctor. They were Friendly and very Helpful.

annual checkup done plus a few shots. amazed by how service driven and detailed this experience was. concise, easy directions on when to show up and what to do. nurse was very friendly and took me over what my different options were. amber did a fantastic job walking my ignorant self through what she was doing and why, plus explaining my options for immunization so, flu shots, etc. absolutely no pressure to commit to anything or pay extra, just simple explanation of options. great job zoomcare, very impressed 👌🏽👏🏽🙃.

What a great way to increase access to medical care! My 8 month old came down with a high fever & his pediatrician was unavailable today. I called zoomcare & they made it easy to schedule a same day appt. The gentleman, Ian who helped me on the phone was warm & actually helped relax me about the whole situation. He even called me back before the appt to let me know that I wouldn't be seeing a pediatrician but that the PA we were scheduled with was comfortable seeing children. When we arrived, the waiting area was empty (seems they've got their scheduling system worked out to have minimal wait times!) & the receptionist, Deserre was helpful, and friendly. The PA, Mandie actually came out to get us. She was very open, listening to what I had to say before making any judgements. She was knowledgeable and explained clearly what she came to the diagnosis that she did. She spent ample time with us & made sure she answered all questions before the visit ended. Thank you!
