We stayed at Hotel Lucia in Aug 2015 for 2 nights during our honeymoon. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and wish we stayed longer! The staff was by far our favorite thing, they were VERY friendly, courteous, professional, very helpful and made our stay GREAT! The room was very nice and clean, the beds are VERY comfortable and we had a great night sleep!
Very close to everything, walking distance to shopping and lots for restaurants! We recommend the Deschutes Brewery for sure, but got early they get BUSY!
They have a restaurant on the main floor which we didn't get a chance to eat at but did get drinks and dessert our last night and it was AWESOME! Fun drink options and very good dessert and staff!
We will definitely stay again if we are in Portland! THANKS

The staff was all very professional and friendly and their rooms were clean and comfortable! Our room was fairly small, as was the bathroom, but there was still enough room for us to comfortably get ready for the day or just relax in the room. The atmosphere of the entire hotel was great and put off a really nice vibe. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had burgers and drinks at the restaurant downstairs. Great bartender, Jared!! Fun atmosphere! Awesome drink/ beer selection. And the burger & fries were delicious!

Lobby is retro ame chic with tall, golden chairs, a life-sized statue & 3 sitting areas. Two bars but we only visited the larger one wherein the bartender was friendly and the clientele was diverse. Despite our room facing Broadway i wad happy that it had a decent view and the traffic noise was minimal. Only 4 stars because the room was smallish and the bathroom was underwhelming. The best part of the room was the third-floor hallway leading to it which was decorated in black and white photos of guests including George Bush and other celebrities. I lingered in the hallway to investigate all the intriguing photos gracing the walls.

Adorable modern retro hotel. Comfortable, clean. Great shower (though it took me a little to understand how to use it haha) the associate who checked us in could have been better but the desk staff we talked to later was wonderful. We are normally very cheap, and this was the most we have spent on a hotel (it was during the eclipse) but we found it well worth the price tag. Housekeepers were wonderful as well.
